Hi, I am Tong Wang, a UX designer based in NYC with a background in Psychology and Information Science. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2022, I joined Walmart Global Tech as a designer.

 

Over the past three years, I’ve focused on shaping experiences in the last-mile delivery space, including order fulfillment, backroom dispense, and driver experience. This past June, I wrapped up my time there and am excited to bring my skills to new challenges across different domains.

As both a designer and a user, I value products that are clean and intuitive to use. I bring that same philosophy into my own work, striving to create simple and creative solutions that balance user needs and business goals. In this rapidly developing age of AI, I am trying to find my rhythm with it and use it with intention and purpose.
